Having graduated from Savannah Arts Academy as a budding performing artistic the areas of voice, dance, and theatre, Demark Manigo is a person who lives life to the fullest. When he’s not traveling or “Pooching”, you can find Demark coaching and teaching dance to gymnasts, performing with his ballet family Savannah Ballet Theater, pageant coaching to university women for a Collegiate 100® of Armstrong State University- 100 Black Men of Savannah, Inc. founded scholarship, advocating for HIV/AIDS as a SpeakOutHIV ambassador, leading as national President of National Youth Pride Services(NYPS), singing with his family and friends, crocheting shawls and blankets, teaching fitness and flexibility classes, and mixing up essential oils and making natural body products, and last, but not least, loving God wherever he may end up being, sometimes rocking his red stilettos which he’s dedicated to wear in honor of those living with HIV/AIDS. Some of his favorite books are Anne of Green Gambles by L.M. Montgomery and Experiencing the Depths of Jesus Christ by Madam Guyon, which developed his love for his newfound discovery of poetry writings from Hafiz, Rumi, Khalil Gibran, and Daniel Ladinsky.
